The Speaker box
The speaker box includes timer and wifi which enable the audiance communication. The box also includes a wireless lavalier microphone.
Headphones
During the conference, people has their own headphones or you can provide basics one or propose some branded headphones with your company name.

Some smartphones batteries are not strong enough nor the participant want to safe them. We propose additional batteries kit as it is a strong marketing product.

The Conference Kit
A multi task box to simplify your communication
The ConfKit is the tool that you need for your conferences.
ConfKit box includes:
- a screen to manage the application
- a timer
- a clock
- a wiress lapel microphone
- the language choice for the audio if the presentation is translated
- the language choice for the presentation as prepared by the speaker - a stick to manage the screen presentation (laser,...)
How is it working?
The box is delivering a specific wifi or is using the current wifi of the conference room.
The speaker can use the ConfKit box on its own by plugin an USB stick with the presentation or using ConfKit plugged on the laptop.
Participants have to install the ConfKit application which give access to the audio and data information.
Headphones
An opportunity for marketing.
The good news is you do not have to rent specific headphones for translation. This is available on each participant's smartphones.
Participants using ConfKit will need headphones. Most of them have their own to listening music and other audio content. For those who do not have, we propose you some basic ones or specific headphones branded with your company or client's name.
this is a good opportunity as most of them are visible on pictures and also after the event.
